Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron are a golden odd couple in Jonathan Levine's political romcom Long Shot.

Film Review: Kubo and the Two Strings
Kubo and the Two Strings is the fourth feature film from Laika Studios; drawing heavily from Japanese mythology, this magical stop-motion animation is Laika's strongest and most accomplished film to date.

Captain Marvel is a key component of Marvel's third wave of blockbuster films; except, one rather large question hangs over the film - who exactly is going to play her?

My Top 10 Films of 2015
December is coming to a close, and as is the well-established tradition by now, that means it's time to put together a conclusive list of my Top 10 Films from the year.
2015 has been an absolutely stellar year for movies, with piles upon piles of thrilling, immersive and exciting films landing on our cinema screens across the year. Picking a personal Top 10 might seem a little redundant underneath the hundreds of other end of year lists, but I think it's fun and feels like a nice way to round out the year.
So, which ten flicks made the cut this year?

2015 Blockbusters: Winners and Losers
With August soon about to wrap up, so does the 2015 'blockbuster season'. Across the last four months, we've seen some heavy-hitters hit cinema screens with varying degree of success, so I thought now would be a good time to sit back and assess the inner and losers from what has been a thoroughly captivating year thus far.
What films, studios, stars and trends saw their stock rise over the last few months? And who had a nightmare 2015? Let me know your thoughts in the comments down below!

Film Review: A Million Ways To Die In The West
A Million Ways To Die In The West is a Western comedy directed, produced, co-written and starring Seth MacFarlane, a.k.a the guy behind Family Guy and Ted. It's patchy, and certainly not for everyone, but a decent attempt at parodying a long-dead genre. Can I get a yeehaw?

Rank the Films: Alien series
As any regular reader of feeling fuzzier will know, lists are pretty darn nifty. We have a profound appreciation for straight-up lists. This is the thinking behind Rank the Films, a regular feature that pulls apart the pros and cons of a series of films, ranking them in order of bad to good.
In this edition, I put the Alien franchise under the microscope - from Ridley Scott's original classic, to David Fincher's divisive Alien 3 and Paul W. S. Anderson's god-awful Alien vs. Predator, the series has certainly see-sawed through its fair share of ups and downs.
So, let's put this one to rest; the Alien series in order from worst to best.

Forbes' Highest Paid Actresses 2012-13
In Hollywood, salary is all about power and influence; how much an actor/actress is paid reflects their box-office potential and how much interest they generate in a movie.
As a result, Forbes' Magazine's annual list of highest paid actresses is a great way to gauge who has the power in Tinseltown in the last twelve months. You can also check out the highest paid actors in my post from a couple of weeks back. Give 'em a read and let me know what you think!

Film Review: Prometheus
![]() |
| Ridley Scott's Prometheus |
This review contains spoilers. Don't say you weren't warned!
Part prequel, part stand-alone feature, Prometheus is part triumphant return and part missed opportunity by director, Ridley Scott. With an impressive cast, a multitude of iconic images and a genuinely scary host of squelchy extra-terrestrials, Prometheus is a solid and impressive film.
