11 Perfect Cinematic Moments
It's been a while since I've participated in any blogathons, but when Fisti put forward this one - well, it was a no-brainer.
Titled 'A Fistful of Moments', the premise is simple - to compile together and showcase a collection of our personal favourite cinematic moments in film and cinema. You know, the kind of scenes that capture our collective imagination and are showered in love and adulation for encapsulating the very essence of cinema. Film Review: God Help The Girl
God Help The Girl is a British musical written and directed by Stuart Murdoch (from Scottish indie pop group Belle & Sebastian).
It stars Emily Browning as Eve, a troubled young girl with a talent for songwriting and signing who, along with her friends James (Olly Alexander) and Cassie (Hannah Murray), delve into the Glaswegian music scene over one long, dream-like summer.

Film Review: Focus
Focus is a high-stakes crime caper starring Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Rodrigo Santoro. It sees Smith play Nicky, a seasoned con-man who takes Jess (Robbie) under his wing to tutor her in art of hustling. Expect twists, turns and double-crosses that'll wrinkle your brain - but in a good way.

Film Review: What We Did On Our Holiday
What We Did On Our Holiday is a quaint British comedy from Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin, the creative minds behind the BBC improv sitcom, Outnumbered. It's sweet, heartfelt and the right kind of quirky - and although it might veer into unexpected territory at one point or another, the final product is something unrelentingly charming.
